Sobre este producto

The industrial label is the smallest unit of traceability. It has to last as long as the component it is attached to and withstand real industrial environments: oils, vibration, thermal cycles and operational handling.

We work with metal labels in anodised aluminium and stainless steel, and plastic labels in two-layer ABS or technical polyester, with fibre laser marking and photo-anodising for a service life of decades.

  • Anodised aluminium

    A common substrate for photo-anodising and laser engraving. Service life of decades in industrial use.

  • Stainless steel

    For especially aggressive environments (chemical, marine, high temperature).

  • Two-layer ABS

    Two-layer plastic with a contrasting colour core. Marked by mechanical or laser engraving.

  • Technical polyester

    Flexible labels with UVI printing or thermal transfer.

Procesos

Procesos de fabricación

Combinamos procesos internos especializados con técnicas externalizadas bajo nuestra especificación.

  1. High-precision laser marking and cutting

    DataMatrix, P/N, S/N and human-readable text engraved directly. Permanent traceability on metal.

  2. Photo-anodising

    Image embedded in the anodic oxide for labels with a service life equivalent to the asset.

  3. Mechanical engraving (two-layer ABS)

    Milling the surface ABS to reveal the core colour. A sharp, durable result.

  4. Die-cutting and metal eyelet

    Cutting out the geometry and fitting an eyelet when the label is a hanging type.
