Sobre este producto

Modern traceability combines visual identification (DataMatrix, human-readable serial) with digital identification (RFID/NFC chip). A Smart Label integrates both layers in a single substrate, ready for automated production, logistics and maintenance flows.

We work with formats optimised for metal surfaces (on-metal), encapsulation for industrial environments and combination with fibre laser marking so that the visual and digital information are consistent on each unit.

Combinamos procesos internos especializados con técnicas externalizadas bajo nuestra especificación.

  1. RFID/NFC chip integration

    Selection of the chip according to frequency (HF/UHF), read distance and on-metal performance.

  2. High-precision laser marking and cutting

    DataMatrix, human-readable serial and P/N engraved on the substrate. Visual consistency with the chip.

  3. Technical encapsulation

    Protection of the assembly against humidity, chemicals, abrasion and industrial temperature.

  4. Electronic verification

    Final reading of each unit to ensure the chip responds and is linked to the visible ID.
