Qué es

Sobre esta capacidad técnica

Industrial identification almost always involves physical operations beyond the marking itself: cutting the part to the required profile, drilling fixing holes, cutting out text, rounding corners and contouring non-rectangular shapes. These operations define how the plate integrates into its final support as much as the information it carries.

AMBAR ITC integrates cutting and machining capabilities within the production flow: shearing and die-cutting for standard formats, a CNC router for complex profiles and cut-out lettering, and drilling for specific fixings. This makes it possible to deliver the plate ready for assembly, with no additional operations on the client's side.

We work on the substrates common in industrial identification: aluminium (natural, anodised and colour-anodised), stainless steel and engineering plastics. The choice of technique depends on the material, the thickness and the profile complexity.

Características

Características diferenciales

Lo que distingue a esta técnica frente a alternativas convencionales.

  • CNC machining for complex profiles
  • Cut-out lettering and shapes to industrial tolerances
  • Custom holes, radii and contours
  • Finished part ready for assembly
Aplicaciones

Sobre qué materiales y productos se aplica

Aluminium (natural, anodised, colour-anodised), stainless steel and engineering plastics. The substrate and thickness are matched to the part's end use.

It is the ability to complete the production flow when the plate needs more than a rectangular cut: cut-out lettering, fixing holes, curved contours and panel-fit slots.

Procesos

Cómo lo trabajamos

Pasos típicos del flujo productivo. Sin cifras cerradas: cada proyecto se ajusta a especificación.

  1. Part drawing analysis

Review of the client's drawing — dimensions, holes, cut-outs, tolerances and the required edge finish.

  2. Technique selection

Shearing, die-cutting, CNC or laser cutting depending on material, thickness and profile complexity. Each combination has its own validated recipe.

  3. CNC programming and tooling

Machine programming and tooling preparation where applicable. For short runs, CNC is prioritised with no tooling cost.

  4. Production-run machining

Manufacture of the run with intermediate dimensional control. Edge and finish inspection on sample parts.

  5. Final dimensional inspection

Verification of dimensions, holes and tolerances before moving to handling or packaging.

Rangos

Rangos y limitaciones típicas

Trabajamos rangos habituales del sector industrial. Casos singulares se evalúan bajo consulta.

We work with the thicknesses and formats common in the industrial sector. Dimensional tolerances are matched to the part's end use and adjustable to the client's specification. Special cases of large thickness, very large format or tight tolerance are assessed on request.

The choice between shearing, die-cutting and CNC depends on geometry and volume. For long runs with a standard profile, die-cutting is efficient; for complex profiles or short runs, CNC is usually the optimal option.
