Fibre laser marking and laser cutting on metal and engineering plastics. Individual serialisation, DataMatrix, variable P/N and S/N, no physical contact, no ink, no consumables, permanent durability.

The fibre laser is an optical-beam marking technology that acts thermally on the material's surface, creating contrast through oxide, discolouration or micro-engraving depending on the substrate. There is no mechanical contact, no ink and no consumables.
In industrial identification, the fibre laser is the reference technique for individual serialisation: each part receives its unique P/N, S/N or DataMatrix code in a fast, traceable operation. It is the natural complement to photo-anodised or printed plates when a per-unit variable is required.
AMBAR ITC integrates laser marking within the production flow, with in-house parameter setting by material and by application, and with optional connection to the client's traceability system for automatic code assignment.
Lo que distingue a esta técnica frente a alternativas convencionales.
On metals it is applied with excellent contrast on anodised aluminium (light/dark engraving), stainless steel (dark engraving or anneal mark) and other metals common in the industrial sector.
On compatible engineering plastics (two-layer ABS, technical polycarbonate and similar) it creates contrast through controlled discolouration. Actual compatibility is validated with a prior test on each project.

Selection of power, frequency and speed according to the substrate. Each material has its own internally validated marking recipe.
Marking of validation samples for dimensions, contrast and DataMatrix legibility before starting the production run.
Marking of the run with assignment of variables (P/N, S/N, date, batch) according to the client's workflow.
Verification of legibility, contrast and, where applicable, DataMatrix reading. Records retained.
Trabajamos rangos habituales del sector industrial. Casos singulares se evalúan bajo consulta.
We work with the formats and depths common in industrial laser marking. Resolutions for small text and DataMatrix within the sector's typical ranges. Special cases of large size, atypical depth or unusual materials are assessed on request.
On non-metallic materials (engineering plastics, special coatings), compatibility and contrast are always validated with a prior test before committing to a production lead time.
