Handling and assembly

A plate or label produced to a high standard can lose value in the final stage if the subsequent handling is poor: badly cut adhesive, disordered joint packaging, surface damage from rubbing, missing batch identification on the box. For clients in regulated sectors, final handling is part of the service, not an add-on.

AMBAR ITC integrates a handling and assembly line that closes the production flow: die-cutting of adhesives, assembly onto the client's support where applicable, individual or grouped packaging as per specification, external labelling of boxes with traceability data, and delivery in a logical order for the client's chain.

It is a service especially valued in aeronautics, railway and industrial machinery, where the batch arrives at production and must be consumed with no intermediate re-ordering or re-identification operations.

Typical services: die-cutting of adhesives to the client's exact size, grouping of plates per unit of use, preliminary assembly onto a plastic or metal support supplied by the client, packaging in an individual envelope with identification, grouping in a box with a batch label and report.

Applicable to all products in the catalogue: plates, labels, panels, overlays, logos, Smart Labels and adhesives. The final delivery format is matched to the client's specification and to their consumption flow on the plant floor.

We work with the packaging and grouping formats common in the industrial sector. Special cases (multi-part kits, specific blister packs, RFID labelling on the box) are assessed on request and quoted as handling additional to the product.

The service is sized in handling hours as per the client's specification and is included in the unit price or as a separate line by agreement.
